The contents of this web site are best printed through the Microsoft Internet Explorer.
The website has been designed with frames which may interfere with printing the content of the Bible studies or articles if not done correctly. In order to have trouble free printing, do the following.
There is no provision in Miscrosoft Explorer to enlarge the text to the full screen, so be sure to follow the following procedure for proper printing.
1. Have the article or Bible study on the screen.
2. Click the article or Bible study -- even highlight a word to make sure you have your cursor within the article.
3. Click File, then Print.
4. The dialogue box will appear for you to make your selections as to whether to print all, or certain pages and the number of copies to be made. Be sure "Only the Selected Frame" is selected. After having made your selections, click OK.
Shortly the Bible studies will be available in PDF Format, broken into sections which will make printing easy. Until then, please use the following directions.
Likely you will not want to print the entire study at one time. It is recommended that you print only as many pages as you need of the Student's Version. As the group changes size (hopefully increases), you can more accurately determine the number of sets you'll require.
Do NOT use the printer icon on the browser as often it will print the entire file. Go to File, then Print Frame, then under Print Range in the print dialogue box, select Pages and designate the page numbers you wish to print. You can easily print each section that way without wasting paper. If your last printout page was 23, start with page 24 to what you estimate the end page of the section may be. The Teacher's Version can be printed rather freely; any extra pages will be used later.
With the Student's Version, however, you may wish to be quite accurate with the printout, doing only one section at a time as there may be many sets to print. Print only one copy first to find the exact page numbers, starting with the page following the last section printed. VERIFY that the content is just what you wish. From time to time (though rarely), there may be additions to the study which would change the page number sequence for those already taking the study. In that case, find the page where the next section begins and print it out, noting the correct page numbers. When you have determined the exact page numbers, you can then select the number of copies you desire for your students and print them directly from the browser.
Caution. Before you print, be sure the cursor is in the frame containing the Bible study. It may be good to highlight a word in the frame to make sure your cursor is there. It can be frustrating to find yourself printing other frames and unable to print the study itself.
1. Get the text you wish to print on your screen. Click on it. Highlight a word, if necessary, to assure yourself that the cursor is in the proper frame.
