From Genesis to the Book of Revelation, the Bible speaks of God as our Creator. Some of these Scripture verses are given below.

Because the entire rest of the paper consists of quotations from Scripture, I am not using quotation marks or indentations. All quotations are from the King James Version.

QUOTATIONS

In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth. (Genesis 1:1)

And God saw every thing that he had made, and, behold, it was very good. (Genesis 1:31)

For in six days the Lord made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore the Lord blessed the sabbath day, and hallowed it. (Exodus 20:11)

For ask now of the days that are past, which were before thee, since the day that God created man upon the earth… (Deuteronomy 4:32)

Of old hast thou laid the foundation of the earth: and the heavens are the work of thy hands. (Psalm 102:25)

Bless the Lord, O my soul. O Lord my God, thou art very great; thou art clothed with honor and majesty. Who coverest thyself with light as with a garment: who stretchest out the heavens like a curtain…. Who laid the foundations of the earth, that it should not be removed forever. (Psalm 104:1-2, 5)

O Lord, how manifold are thy works! In wisdom hast thou made them all: the earth is full of thy riches. (Psalm 104: 24)

My help cometh from the Lord, which made heaven and earth. (Psalm 121:2)

The Lord that made heaven and earth bless thee out of Zion. (Psalm 134:3)

Happy is he that hath the God of Jacob for his help, whose hope is in the Lord his God: Which made heaven, and earth, the sea, and all that therein is: which keepeth truth forever. (Psalm 146:5-6)

The Lord by wisdom hath founded the earth; by understanding hath he established the heavens. By his knowledge the depths are broken up, and the clouds drop down the dew. (Proverbs 3:19-20)

The hearing ear, and the seeing eye, the Lord hath made even both of them. (Proverbs 20:12)

[F]or shall the work say of him that made it, He made me not? Or shall the thing framed say of him that framed it, He had no understanding? (Isaiah 29:16)

Who hath measured the waters in the hollow of his hand, and meted out heaven with the span, and comprehended the dust of the earth in a measure, and weighed the mountains in scales, and the hills in a balance? (Isaiah 40:12)

Hast thou not known? Hast thou not heard, that the everlasting God, the Lord, the Creator of the ends of the earth, fainteth not, neither is weary? (Isaiah 40:28)

Thus saith the Lord, thy redeemer, and he that formed thee from the womb, I am the Lord that maketh all things; that strecheth forth the heavens alone; that spreadeth abroad the earth by myself. (Isaiah 44:24)

Woe unto him that striveth with this Maker! (Isaiah 45:9)

I have made the earth, and created man upon it: I, even my hands, have stretched out the heavens, and all their host have I commanded. (Isaiah 45:12)

For thus saith the Lord that created the heavens; God himself that formed the earth and made it; he hath established it, he created it not in vain, he formed it to be inhabited: I am the Lord; and there is none else. (Isaiah 45:18)

Mine hand also hath laid the foundation of the earth, and my right hand hath spanned the heavens: (Isaiah 48:13)

He hath made the earth by his power, he hath established the world by his wisdom, and hath stretched out the heavens by his discretion. (Jeremiah 10:12)

I have made the earth, the man and the beast that are upon the ground, by my great power and by my outstretched arm, and have given it unto whom it seemed meet unto me. (Jeremiah 27:5)

He hath made the earth by his power, he hath established the world by his wisdom, and hath stretched out the heaven by his understanding. (Jeremiah 51:15)

Seek him that maketh the seven stars and orion… (Amos 5:8)

The burden of the word of the Lord for Israel, saith the Lord, which stretcheth forth the heavens, and layeth the foundation of the earth, and formeth the spirit of man within him. (Jeremiah 12:1)

Have we not all one father? Hath not one God created us? (Malachi 2:10)

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. (John 1:1-3)

He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and the world knew him not. (John 1:10)

And when they heard that, they lifted up their voice to God with one accord, and said, Lord, thou art God, which hast made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and all that in them is: (Acts 4:24)

Heaven is my throne, and earth is my footstool: what house will ye build me? saith the Lord: or what is the place of my rest? Hath not my hand made all these things? (Acts 7:49-50)

God that made the world and all things therein, seeing that he is Lord of heaven and earth, dwelleth not in temples made with hands (Acts 17:24)

For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them. (Ephesians 2:10)

For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him (Colossians 1:16)

God, who at sundry times and in divers manners spake in time past unto the fathers by the prophets, Hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds; Who being the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person, and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high (Hebrews 1:1-3)

For every house is builded by some man; but he that built all things is God. (Hebrews 3:4)

Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God (Hebrews 11:3)

Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honor and power: for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created. (Revelation 4:11)

Fear God, and give glory to him; for the hour of his judgment is come: and worship him that made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and the fountains of waters. (Revelation 14:7)
